Dear sky

Dear sky, 
You’re not mine;
You belong to the One who created you. 
How many times have I looked at you, smiled at you, and loved you? How much I adored your beauty, your shades, and your colors. I was just so in love with it all. I captured you a gazillion times and just loved you immensely. 
I wondered how you’re so beautiful, so complete, and so serene until I found this verse:
 
“Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth.”
(24:35)
 
And from then on, every time I look at you, I ask myself, If the sky is this beautiful, then how beautiful would be the One who created it? Just beyond human perception.
The Almighty, The All-hearing, The All-seeing.
